FastFenom Personal Training Sessions

Breaking down skill, analyzing the level that you are at and then adding to your game to elevate you towards your goals. Whether you are new to the game of basketball or preparing to play pro, these sessions are designed to improve your basketball IQ.

Player development should be a process to master skills, not just learn them. 

Personal Training sessions are used to confront weaknesses and get detailed analysis and feedback on how to take what they learn in training and apply it to their game. Players can then get reps of what they have learned in the personal environment- on their own time or in our Training Academy. 

Monthly

Personal Training

  • $200/month

  • 4 personal training sessions with your FastFenom trainer each month

  • Each workout is 1 hour in duration

  • Sessions may include up to 1-3 additional players to enable more effective workouts

  • Includes unlimited  skills academy (Group skills training sessions offered 3x/week - $120 value) 

  • Be mentored by your trainer throughout the month

  • Billed monthly, no contracts, pay month-to-month for as long as you're satisfied

Single Session 

Personal Training

  • $80/session

  • Train 1 Time in a personal setting with a FastFenom Trainer

  • Each workout is 1 hour in duration

  • Sessions may include up to 1-3 additional players to enable more effective workouts
